on girls....Skinny!!! I wear a size 0, too!
on guys....regular..I don't know about you but I hate when I see a guy that looks better in skinny jeans then me....so guys just stay away from those skinny jeans ;)

Normal for me. Skinny jeans look good on some people, but I don't think I would look right in them.
