Four members of the family are playing in our town. One has a Golden Axe. Is it possible for someone else to get a second Golden Axe or is it only one Gold and one Silver per town?

The original question is about the axe, not the shovel. This is about throwing the axe into the fountain. His town has four players. One player has already received the Golden Axe and one player has already received the Silver Axe. Is that it? Will the fountain Goddess give out anymore Gold and Silver axes? Or is it only one Gold and one Silver per town?

You can have multiple golden things in a town. I have three profiles in my town and I have a golden shovel in two of my towns, I have silver in one of them and I have a few other golden and silver items. You can have as many as four I'm thinking per town.

You probably have the fountain so all you have to do is keep throwing an axe into the fountain until you get the gold or silver axe.
