Would my parents have any legal standing to sue me?

My parents bought a house 4 1/2 yrs ago. My dad is the only one on the mortgage but we are all on the deed.?
They put us on the deed because we were going to be living with them for a while and wanted to protect us if anything happened to them. We were paying for half of everything so why not. They knew our living with them was temp and we have now bought a house and are moving soon. They are consulting a lawyer to see if there is anything they can do about it. Does anyone know if there is anything they can do? I don't think there is because we didn't do anything wrong. Any advice?

Not really. Your name on the deed is nothing, they need a written contract that you are responsible for paying half, or it is just your word against theirs. A verbal contract is legally binding, if you verbally agreed to be responsible financially while you lived there and after you left, which by the sound of it you did not. If not, there is nothing they can do.

Do you mean you are bailing out and leaving them with the full payment?

Legally, you are probably in good shape.  If you aren't on the mortgage, you don't owe any money.

Morally, it's pretty scummy to leave your parents high and dry.
