I listed a longgun on gunlisings.org and a man in Tennessee would like to buy the gun I live in Kansas ?

I am not an ffl dealer and he is driving to pick the gun up.

You're fine to sell it to him in-person with zero paperwork. However, he will likely be violating the law in transporting it back to TN. If it were me, I wouldn't worry about...it's his problem once you sell it.
However, as one person already pointed out, you, as a private seller, can ship the gun to a gun dealer of his choice in TN if he wishes.

You could ship the gun to him (UPS) through a FFL dealer near him.

That way the proper Federal papers get made and the dealer will do the required NCIS background check on your buyer. Intersate sales come under parts of the Federal rules

If a guy is willing to drive all the way from Tennessee to Kansas for a long gun my radar would perk right up. You either have one heck of a fine gun for sale and he just doesnt want to risk damage in shipping...or, he wont pass the background check.

I think I would meet this guy at the local gun shop..pay the dealer $20 or so to do the transfer and have a nice life.

You are not required to have a FFL to sell legal firearmes from you personal collection.
