I just ripped it off 1/2 way off. i can not get it to stop bleeding. it hurts like hell. should i just wrap it or go to the emergency room. It is throbbing and has bled for 30 minutes

last year i ripped off all of my nail and it bled and it will stop just rap it up and it will get better it took 3 months for mine to grow back

Have you tried to keep firm pressure on it for the whole 30 mins?
If after 30 mins of firm pressure, it still bleeds, then yes, go to urgent care.
To apply firm pressure, I would wrap the finger with many tight layer off paper towel. Make it thick and somewhat tight. Then wrap this with any kind of tape, tightly (not enough to cut off your finger's circulation).
If it bleeds through this, go to the urgent care.

You need to apply pressure to it for about 30 sec.(Yes it may hurt a little) but this helps stop the bleeding...If It keeps bleeding then i suggest you go to the E.R.(emergency room)
