Should Yahoo offer on line tech support?
Anyone ever talk w/ someone verbally from yahoo?? and would this be something that would be both cost effective?
under certain medical conditions.
Yahoo Wonder if you would let this go?

I read the other answer. Perhaps my answer is a bit Utopian in nature, but this is my opinion:
I don't think it makes any difference what kind of computer a person has.
It shouldn't make any difference how old the computer system is.
It shouldn't make any difference what the operating system is.
As long as that person has access to the Internet, Yahoo! AND every other site with a large number of subscribers/participants (500,001 or more) should have both on-line tech support AND a phone number to call to speak with real, live breathing, human beings who can effectively and efficiently communicate with that person in the language that person is used to speaking and communicating in. This should all be provided free of charge - at no cost.
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

This one is tricky. It has to do with the BIOS of your operating system. The command was written for LINUX but has been adapted to work on PCs and Macs. So the problem is weather or not your BIOS settings are configured to allow rapid data refresh (RDR). Contact microsoft, they will help guide you through it.
