Do the bulls in matador fighting get killed in the end? Do you think bull fighting is cruel?

I am not a fan of bull fighting in any way, I think it is quite cruel, but I have always wanted to know what the fate of the bull is - what about if the bull does win - is the bull's life spared? What exactly is the point of it all? Also I have noticed now they have bull fighting on horses - is this a new sport? Do the horses get injured often?

Yes the Bulls usually perish and die, in fact the fight is not over until the bull dies. The bull is supposed to be spared if he kills the matador, but the only time this happened that I am aware of, they still killed the bull later on...WTF right!!! So its not much of a "fair" fight. Some of the bull fights that take place in Latin American countries dont actually kill the bull. These fights usually involve playing around and a lot of tricking the bull but it is not actually injured. These fights are actually more entertaining and dont harm the animals. Sometimes even amateur matadors take part, its hilarious to watch.

Yes and yes, the way the fight bulls in Spain at least is very slow and painful, its meant to be drawn out, and excite the crowd, I hunt and trap but I feel this is animal cruelty, but that's just my opinion

This has nothing to do with hunting, but whatever.

It is very cruel and unfair. The bull can't run away and even if he gets the upperhand, there is a team of people to protect the matador.

from what I understand, in Spain the bulls die. In Mexico the are spared and live

either the bull or bullfighter dies, that's why bullfighters are paid so much.
more often then not the bull dies and it is very barbaric to stab an animal to death, especially with the blades they use to kill the bulls.
