More evidence that *summer* ice is melting?

This current study refutes the BBC article critics and claims that summer ice is indeed melting at faster rates. This study differes from the BBC mentioned study in that complete statistical model is used, not just lines on page over time.

Convincing this to Republicans is like trying to teach a dog to do back flips.

Veggie Soup Dude:

Satellite photos show that the polar ice caps are 18% larger than they were 10 years ago. Not only that they a larger over a number of years to demonstrate this was not an anomaly.

Until they know enough about the climate to predict the weather exactly I'm going to have a problem with the theory of Global Warming. We just don't know enough about the climate and the theory itself is pretty simplistic for such a complex environment.

What a joke...

"A new analysis... using COMPLEX COMPUTER MODELS of weather and climate, says conditions that had been forecast by the end of the century COULD occur much sooner."

Haahaha

This is non-evidence. Do you have anything else?

Stay in school kid, you might learn something.

Why is that most areas of science are so open and subject to criticism, yet climate science is not?

What model did they use to predict this? How can I verify that it is accurate? They never release these things. Their own article says they were originally off by 70 years. How are they sure they got it right this time?
