What is the difference between a CT and a CT urogram?

I have had plain CT's and a CT with dye contrast to track my kidney stones. Now they want to send me for a CT urogram. What is the difference?

CT stands for computer tomography. Basically it is an advanced form of X-rays. Lots of x-rays are taken a computer puts all the images together. On the other hand, MRI (Magenetic Resonance Imaging), using a magnetic field to cause all your carbon atoms to align their north south poles and then make them resonate. Basically they detect and show different things. CT images are usually black and white while MRI images are usually coloured.
