Some of your videos have a high number of views, but some of your videos have a low number of views. Keep them in balance. Change some titles of videos that can really catch the interest of other people, and have very good tags for your videos.

You haven't got enough video views..Doing sub4sub is useless because the people who subscribe don't watch your videos because all they want is for it to seem like they have a lot of subscribers. Youtube makes people partners because their videos get a lot of views so when they put ads on the videos they get lots of views which then creates money-revenue for them so they can then pay you.
