I go to Buried Relic a lot, but I can never find Mew. I go all the way to the 99th floor. I've heard a lot of stuff about the Music Box, what does that have to do with Mew? I thought it was just for the Regis.

Mew - Location is the Buried Relic 36-98F (you need the Music Box) and its Friend Area is the Final Island.

Ah, but how did you get he Music Box? From the Regis! Now why would you need the box for them? Also, don't go to the 99th floor. Mew dosen't appear there. Didn't you notice the lighting changed to bright?
Anyways. Yes you need the Music Box. You can find Mew easier in the 90's, so hang around there. I recommend Huge Apples (4 or 5, try switching out your leader pokemon to conserve belly), X-Ray Specs for everyone (in regard to that leader thing), so you can track Mew and also Reviver Seeds. It cures both Belly and Health, so yeah.
When Mew is spawned, it will use Transform to turn into a Golem (the only pokemon you will see by the time you get to the good-chance floors.) Hunt down a red dot using your X-Ray Specs and switch the item to a Friend Bow.
I also highly recommend level 100 leader when you fight and a high Team Ranking, because trust me, I camped on those levels as long as I could without being blown away by a "strange force" and I did meet Mew at least once each level.
If you get really pissed at Mew and you aren't afraid to set aside a whole lot of Reviver Seeds, take down the walls with IQ Skill Super Mobile! This is the last skill you gain, so go Gummihunting. The more you dig the faster your Belly empties, so you will die of this. But as long as your digging character can traverse water, it'll be fine. I used Swampert.
