You're the light in my eyes, baby. I like your lips so much, they are so pretty/cute. i really feel like kissing you (or i really want/desire to kiss you). See you later.
Ci ved dopo is like the shortened form of Ci vediamo dopo. you encounter this a lot in chat rooms.
