How many calories does this burn?
Okay I am not fat. I weigh 107.5 and I am 5'3". I am fairly muscled. I play soccer, ride horses, play basketball, and cheer. Since some of these things aren't going on now I got some exercise tapes. I do a segment on the treadmill every day twice and it says it burns 300 calories each. I also do Denise Austin Hit the Spot series. I usually do segments 1 and 2 of each every day. If you do every single exercise in the segments how many calories do they burn each? I can do everything fairly easily with a few breaks in between every segment or two. I go all the way up on my crunches and give my all. Thanks for reading!
