That is way too little. You need at least 1,200-1,500 calories per day. Don't you realise you are burning calories every second of the day, even when you are not exercising. By eating so little and then burning off such a high amount of calories, you are probably losing a lot of muscle mass.
To lose 2lb a week, increase your calorie intake to the above amount and do 2-3 days a week of cardio and 2-3 days a week of weigh training for up to an hour at a time. HTH : )

No, its not healthy. You should be having at least 1,200 calories a day or after awhile your body will go into starvation mode. You will lose weight for awhile, but it'll just come back, making you actually gain weight...
To lose 2 lbs a week, cut out 500 calories from your normal diet and burn 500 extra calories exercising every day. A more reasonable goal would be to lose 1 lb a week: cutting out 250 calories a day and burning 250 calories.

First of all 750 calories isn't even enough for anyone to be eating...you will lose weight but when u start eating more calories your body will just gain it back in no time...By eating a well balanced diet with loads of vegetables you will easily loose the weight without having to starve.

750 is not enough. You will not lose weight quickly doing this, as your body will think it's starving itself. However, if you continue to eat 750 a day, you will eventually lose a lot of weight, including muscle. You need nutrients for your heart function, brain function, etc. Please don't mess with that. Two pounds a week is doable if you simply exercise about an hour a day, no junk food, no soda, go easy on the breads...

Multiply your weight by 10...this is the number of calories you need per day to mainitain your current weight. Go with low-fat (not no-fat...your body needs some fat to absorb nutrients), higher protein diet. Work out every other day, giving your muscles time to rest (a day). Two pounds per week is a very reachable goal. Good luck!
