Having a bachelorette party for my friend this weekend in Houston- we're staying at a hotel in the Galleria area.
None of us are from there though (but the wedding's two hours away) so we're trying to plan things to do.
Is there a Jillian's over there? (i think there's a Dave&Busters but Jillians is WAY cooler...)
Also does anyone know of any cool karaoke bars?

Yes, there's a Jillian's. It's not really close to the Galleria area, but not too far either. Their address is 7620 Katy Freeway (I-10). There's a male strip club called La Bare that's popular for bachelorette parties. Here's their website:

Because she is not going on a honeymoon, maybe you could make a weekend trip out of the bachelorette party. Everyone on here already gave great suggestions like spas, concerts, shows, etc. I'm not sure where you live or what you can afford, but someplace like Atlantic City or Las Vegas or even a city nearby might be a great over night trip that you can plan. Spend the day at the spa, go out for a nice dinner, go to a show/concert at night. The next morning, have a special brunch. As long as you make it special and memorable, it will be wonderful. There's this dueling piano bar called howl at the moon..i've been there like 4-5, its a party bar, you drink, sing along, they might pull her up on stage., seen alot of birthday parties, bachelorette parties. Its a rocking good time.
