why does my rabbit lick my skin?
she is an 8 year old velveteen rabbit, who jumps on my bed and licks my nose ears and cheeks to wake me up,but she will also lick legs, arms and feet.I never knew why she does this

because you're so sweet, or maybe you are salty if you live near the ocean

Not being a rabbit, I can't say for sure, but I'd guess that it's either the salt on your skin, or it's a grooming thing--like cats, dogs, etc.--do, It may be sheer affection. Just enjoy the love...

she just loves you the best.
the salt is probably not a factor(assuming you're using pellets for feed)
