Yes I would. I have thought this myself at times. Not for purely 'adult content'. But because the adult content should be kept away from minors and keeping kids questions for a kids section would be good too, as their questions can tend to become tiresome sometimes.

The title was interesting and aroused my curiosity.
I will never answer questions due to boredom because i realize some answers are important to the person asking the questions.
I never answer questions for points as that will be selfishness.
