My sister has been married for 3 years and has a two year old. The thing is that her marriage wasn't going that good they got separated in those 3 years about 4 times. The third time they got back together she committed adultery with some guy and is now pregnant by him. he can't take her child, even if she committed adultery and is pregnant by some other guy. i would not allow him to take my child if i were her, because he will get custody and divorce her later on.

She commited a terrible sin within marriage. She needs to ask for forgiveness from her husband and God. If her husband wishes, I believe he should have the right to custody and she needs to marry the father of her second child after a divorce for her unfaithfulness or the child will be a bastard.

Hi Cindy, Your sister needs to jump the gun on him. Hire a lawyer, asking for full custody and child support. He can't just take the child. And she don't have to give in to him no matter what she done. Tell her not to let him bully her. Just because she slept with someone else and got pregnant does not make her a bad mother.
