NO. Anything to do with Germany/Holocaust is a bad thought. Although Berlin, was a town name in Germany long before any of this.
The only circumstance that I would give this name as a middle name is if my child was born in Berlin and I wanted and alternative spelling..otherwise the are a gazillion middle names to choose from since most adults only need to mention the middle initial.
Is there a reason why you want this name?

it's an original name all the same. please spell it Berlin, it looks so much better that way.
