Work from Home Jobs, where are they and how do you get hired?

Where are the work from home jobs? Every time I answer an ad they want me to pay them for a packet. Where are the legitimate work from home jobs, where all you need is your computer. I know how to do data entry, and yet every job I answer an ad for states that I have to pay to buy a packet, or pay a start up fee to get paid for the work. That does not make sense. I have a disabled child, and would love to find a data entry or legitimate "work from home" job, to no avail. Have laptop; will work!

Ignore all the postings for surveys. If you want to work from home, look into mystery shopping or becoming a virtual assistant. You can find those on craigslist or just by looking online.

I already posted an smiliar answer for someone else so I will copy and paste it on here too.

You must be searching from Craigslist and if so, I understand your frustration of back to back jobs asking for 'one-time' fees to pay. But among them all I found a few legitimate ones that actually paid. And it took a whole lot of searching, and I mean a lot.

Also understand that finding a online job is similar to looking for work outside the home, you may or may not hear back from the company again, especially if they are backed with hundreds of other job seekers expressing interests too.

Since you like doing data entry work, try www.keyforcash.com. I used to work there and it's totally free. You can apply but the downside to it is they may have a long waiting list. In the meantime, here are a few websites to start your job hunting:
www.workplacelikehome.com
www.wahm.com

Members are helpful and sometimes post job leads if a company if currently hiring. Plus they provide a list of work at home jobs and saves you the time from searching all day online.

Also checkout Guru- lots of companies will outsource their work to many freelancers and if you market yourself pretty well, you can get a job quick.

Good luck.

This is a very good business opportunity that is legitimate and work for me…(only 1$ to join till end of month)
Regarding gas prices we cannot do much as consumers..
But – what we can do is search for ways to reduce our use of gas.
One way to do it is thanks to a new product that I am using and saving around 20% at the pump.
This new product is called EthosFR+
It comes in 32 ounces (1 liter) and this amount is enough for 316 Gallons (1200 liter).
It can save around 52 gallons (200 liter).
With the prices of the gas today – It will save around $120.
When reducing the price of the product – you will go to $90 net saving.

Besides saving on the gas prices – this product is literally transform your car to same or better than Hybrid emission – so in addition to saving some bucks – we also help the environment for us and for our kids and future generations.

And last but not least – there is also a business opportunity involved. If you enroll as an affiliate – you get 15% discount and can get commissions from anybody who is buying the product out of your recommendation.
