Everytime I try to download iTunes to my computer, it stops in the middle of the download or at closer to the end of the download. My iPod isd already plugged in and I'm kinda afraid I'll break it if I take it off without ejecting it.

I'm having trouble downloading iTunes too (D:)but to eject your ipod go down to your task bar and find the icon that has a green arrow and a hardrive thing (when you hover over it it says 'Safely Remove Hardware'). Double click on it, then find the USB hardrive and press stop, then close. If you did it right, your iPod will say '30 seconds disconnect'.
