What would be the millionth English word?

The Global Language Monitor counted 999,951 words, 49 words away from the milestone. What could be the millionth?

@ 2nd answerer:

That would be extremely difficult for you. With just 3 GHits and a narrow margin to the milestone (49 words and continuously decreasing), you'll miss hitting the mark.

I read somewhere that 'noob' could be the millionth. I thought it was already a word but obviously not. If noob becomes the millionth word, it'll be the greatest day in World history.
