I get so confused on what to count as my first day of my period. I spotted this month for 2 days, red, not brown which I know would have meant old blood. Then on the day 3 I started the actual flow. Do I count the first day of red, even if it was just spotting, or the 1st day of actual flow?? Thank you :)

1 st day will be counted as the flow. Baby dancing on the 10th, 12, 14, 15, 17 from the the first day of ur period can definitely give u high chances of getting preg :). Good Luck dear :)

Your first day of your period counts as the day you have full red flow. Spotting DOES NOT count as your period.

First day of spotting, IMO...because that is when the lining of your uterus is starting to shed...
