98 Toyota Camry LE Keyless Entry?

I have a 1998 Toyota Camry LE. It came with a key-less entry and I can not figure out what the second button on the thing does. Things like this drive me crazy. Does anyone have this car and know what this mysterious second button does.

Here is a picture of what it looks like. It basically only has 2 buttons. The top one locks and unlocks the doors. The bottom one does not appear to do anything when i push it.

I have the same keyless entry system. I've been told that is a programming button. If you need to reprogram it, the dealer hold that key then switches something on the system on the car. That will program the remote to work with that system.
