i have a goiter, with nodules... some cold, one solid, normal bloodwork.?

my doc has referred me to an endochrinologist. what will happen next? i am a little nervous about it.

Have you had an ultrasound yet? If no (I'm assuming you did, since one is "cold") you'll probably get one. They might want to do a fine needle biopsy, if the nodules are big enough. They might not do anything except watch and observe for changes. Don't be nervous, everything will be okay!
