Have you had an ultrasound yet? If no (I'm assuming you did, since one is "cold") you'll probably get one. They might want to do a fine needle biopsy, if the nodules are big enough. They might not do anything except watch and observe for changes. Don't be nervous, everything will be okay!

take a list of your questions when you meet the specialist. be sure to have them answered.
