Do I need to pay extra "fees" for buying a car in a neighboring state?

I live in Wisconsin, but intend to buy a car from a dealership in Minnesota. Will I have to pay registration fees for MN AND WI? Can I somehow register it immediately for WI use? What type of issues might I encounter because of this difference?

You shouldn't have to pay fees in two states, just in the one you get the license plate in.
