Is this workout enough for me to lose weight?
1 Lap walk for 2 1/2 miles
1 Lap bike for 2 miles
1 lap run for 2 miles
6 sets of 20 sit-ups
5 sets of 10 push-ups
3 sets of 20 jumping jacks
I eat healthy already but I was wondering would I have to do the top 3 everyday to see results and will I become bulky? I'm 14 and I'm 128 pounds also "5,4"
