what is the best lotion to clear blackspots?

Ok guys I have been trying so many lotion to clear some blackspots I have in my legs and I have not being able to find one...pls help me.

Do any of you know of a better lotion to clear the blackspots on my skin??????

fades away dark spot of any kind it leaves a flawless complexion
you can find it at cvs drug stores for about 7 to 8 bucks.
