My periods were due on 30th of june. but Im having spotting today since morning, i was having slight backache and lower abdominal ache since last week. My periods never come so much before time and wen ever they come i do get serious cramps in my tummy. I just have a heavy feeling in my stomach AND back. since a week i was feeling like my legs temperature has risen then normal. Please help!!

I had implantation bleeding when I got pregnant. It was 2 weeks after my last period and it was only the size of a dime and for 1 day. It was brownish in color and I did have period like cramps after wards. The cramps felt a little different, but I just though my period was coming early.
