You now know what it means, so maybe you should look- I think he's trying to let you know he loves you, or that whatever fight that you guys did or not have, he means he really cares about you.

I think he means, "it's because you don't notice who likes/loves you."
Hey...
I would say just go use an online translator... but it means "It's just that you don't see who likes you" roughly that.
