What is wrong with me??

OK so I'm going to list all the symptoms I've been having in the past week. (They all started I think on Saturday last week and by Sunday they got worse. 

~~Nausea and some vomiting. And it was painful when I vomited. Basically it felt like someone had stood on my chest and back. But I have stopped the vomiting and I have gained my appetite back but there is more. 

~~Sharp pains. we;ll they're not exactly sharp because I can't quite locate the exact points of the pain. I can feel pain everywhere nearly. In my upper abdomen in the right and left side. I don't think I've felt any pain in the central upper abdomen. I have also felt some pain going into my back where it feels more of a pulled muscle or as if I'm sitting in an odd position. 

Then there is the pain in my chest. It just feels a little tight as if I'm wearing a slimming band around my chest although it sometimes feels sharp. 

Lower back in the right. And on the lower right abdomen. At first I thought it was appenditcitis but my GP said it wasn't. 

He said it was a urine infection and gave me antibiotics (Trimethoprim or soemthing) but the pain is still there. 

Does anyone have any idea what it could be???

(I'm 16 and I doubt it's cancer because not only is the pain widespread, I don't dirnk, smoke or do drugs. and I haven't had any weight loss.) 

I'm thinking about going back to a GP and explaining this all again. And if the pain is still there I'll probably ask my mum to take me to the walk in centre or something because this pain is so annoying. It isn't pain so painful that I scream in agony but it is pain and it's more annoying than painful. It isn't stopping me from trying to do my everyday activities.

Before I even got to the part where your GP said it was urine infection that's what I was thinking.  And it takes up to ten days some times for it to go away.  Pain in chest is usually because you can't relax because you are dealing with the pain in other places.  Drink plenty of water and some type of cranberry juice.  Lots of liquids and continue to drink fluids and stay clean so it limits the chances of happening again.  Not cleaning after sex, baths, and especially bubble baths can cause an infection.  Next time if your back starts to hurt for no reason get in to GP right away.  Better safe then sorry and peeing in a cup for two seconds will give you a world of relief if it is a kidney or urine infection again and you can get on antibiotics right away.  GL!!!  Also some antibiotics for kidney/ urine infections can have side affects.  Bacterium makes my joints swell up so have to take a different one.  This is a possibility.

Your urine does not have to burn when passed to have a urinary tract infection or a kidney infection and since your back and sides are sore and hurting I'd say the infection has reached your kidneys and it will just take time for the antibiotics to work.  In the mean time try the cranberry juice and alternate from cold to hot packs on the rest of your ache with some tylenol.

Forget the walk-in place. If your GP fails you again, just go to the ER and you'll be treated immediately rather than having to deal with GP appointments.

Although, I live in Canada...I don't know if it's normal to do that in the US.
