30 Gallon Tank Stocking Question?

have a 30 gallon hex tank (2 ft. tall.) In the tank I currently have 10 neon tetras, 5 glo fish, 5 black skirt tetras, 2 swordtails, 2 yo yo loaches, and an african butterfly.

We would like to have a bigger school of neons and maybe a few more glo fish, but don't want to risk overstocking the tank.

My question: can we get more neons and glo fish, and if so, how many?

I wouldn't, you're pretty stocked as it is.

for starter people i suggest going by the ! in;. of fish for every gallon of water rule, because this rule is what real people out side of yahoo answers use. Yes u have a lot of fish, all though if u do 15%-20% u can add more fish as long as u keep up with the weekly water changes. i say if u do the water changes u can add a total of 6 more fish. http://www.ehow.com/video_4439079_mixing-fish-breeds-one-tank.html

I wouldn't get no more fish you are stocked as it is remember the 1in of fish per gallon of water you are curently about 25 in and may be more in time with what you have now

Of course, the more the merrier! :-) You can get as many more as you want.
