The vet might have hit a muscle if the puppy moved while getting the injection. If he's really in pain I would take him to another vet or an emergency clinic. Vets' are human and can make mistakes.

Lots of puppies have a reaction to life-saving vaccinations. If your puppy really can't move, take him back to the vet or emergency clinic right now! If he just chooses not to move around much and you're concerned, call your vet again and ask if there is something you can do. Otherwise, just let him rest.

Well, if the vet says he'll be okay, your dog will probably be okay. If you're really worried, you can take him in right now so the vet can take a closer look at him.

So what else did the vet say? Surely he advised you on what to do right?
