SCI Modifications for a very small bathroom?

We have a long, small bathroom that is a sink, then toilet, then tub all in a row.

I am looking into swing away hinges so that the wheelchair (that is wider because of quad knobs) can fit into the room, but if that doesnt work...

any suggestions for how to get from the door of the bathroom to the tub? the only thing i can think of is to transfer from the chair onto a tub bench that we have hacksawed the side handles off of. THEN slide down the bench to the other side, THEN transfer from the bench to the toilet, THEN toilet to the tub.

please help me.

Sorry, but your bathroom seems impossibly small to me. All I can suggest is that you get a narrow wheeled shower chair or a airline transfer chair that will fit better.
