What the name of this song - I've already tried googling it!?

Friend burned a CD for me about a year ago, had some kick-*** songs on it, and it had the name of the song and artist on the CD. She lives in San Diego(all the way on the other side of the country from me) and likes the local music scene, so a lot of it was from around there..

Luckily for me, the car the CD was in got totaled in an accident and impounded. The insurance company did NOT mail my CD. Now it's suddenly stuck in my head again =( - it's alternative rock, two male voices are singing throughout it. Any help would be appreciated. Google did not work.

Part of the chorus went;
'Feet stay off the ground
Insects fly around
I wish I could tell you
I wish I could tell you
Just what's going down(or going on?)'

that's okay =)
i'm almost positive it's not radiohead, it didn't sound like them at all vocally or instrumentally..I know Thom Yorke will not ALWAYs do vocals for every song - but it sounded totally different than anything I've heard by them(which is a lot - but I haven't listened to every song they've ever written, after all, haha)
