Their state is going belly up and literally only a few weeks away from bankruptcy and yet their state representatives are actually wasting time drafting legislation in order to apologize to people long since DEAD???

Are there any Californians on Yahoo!Answers right now reading this that can offer some insight as to what the hell has happened to your state???

I agree. Enough with the apologies. Make things right by keeping America the place where everyone has the opportunity to become what they want to become. I think the people where discriminated against would prefer that than some words on a bill.
