There's a good chance that he probably did have sex with her, but it wasn't rape. Like you said, she waited a year to come out with the allegation, that is ridiculous. When Ben has already won 2 SB's in his career and is getting $100 million, it tends to make a easy target.

I don't think so. Maybe he banged her, but it would be with her consent. This reminds me a lot of the Duke Lacrosse scandal. The lady has mental problems and just seems to want money. And there are 8 other defendants along with him. To sum up: no.
