Cannot Create a Yahoo Profile?

Okay, so I'm trying to create a yahoo profile, however I have run into some difficulties. 

On the Yahoo Answers page(s) in the upper right corner, above the Y! search bar, there is a button that says "Hi, Matt" with a drop down arrow. I clicked the drop down arrow and clicked "profile" but the page that then appears says "Sorry, you do not have access to this." I have repeatedly refreshed and clicked other buttons on that page, but nothing seems to work; the same message pops up every time.

How can I fix this and is there another way to create a Yahoo profile?

It is possible that you have a bad cache file. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient)  & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This  HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-13.html .

Go back to where you were originally. Were you in a chat room or something? Retrace your steps. Or you can just start over. Sometimes it's easier.
