Online clothing stores that sell dresses for plus-size teens?

Hello! I'm looking for online clothing stores that sell pretty dresses and skirts for younger plus-sized women? All the websites I've found are aimed at older plus-sized women.

I was hoping I could find a store that is younger, brighter, and more hip. Could anyone help me out?
