Need help with boot manager on XP machine?

I just reformatted Dell Inspiron 2200 laptop. It had some really bad viruses so I just reformatted. Now it asked which operating system I want to load every time I boot it up.

Is there anyway to make this go away? XP is the only OP that has ever been installed on this machine.

Upon start up, press F12 or F2 and you should be able to customize this
