Any one know how to fix this alert In internet explorer?

This little alert keeps comming down to tell me that "Internet Explorer is currently running with add-ons disabled. Click to manage, disable, or remove your add-ons." However every time I do so I can't turn on any because all of the ones in there are enabled already! BTW I cant watch youtube or any other active media with out fixing this problem. PLEASE HELP!

Simple. Turn them all off. Restart Internet Explorer, turn them all back on, and restart Internet Explorer again.

If that doesn't work, try turning them off, restarting the computer, and turning them back on.

go to tools - internet options - advance and reset or restore one of those and see if that helps
