For the lettuce, if the lettuce is for sandwiches only ...1 head of lettuce for 8 people or 10 heads of lettuce total. If you are making a lettuce salad you will need twice that amount.
Onions, ....one large onion for 8 people. or 10 onions total.
Pickles.... one 24oz. jar would have approximately 80 slices and you would want 10 slices per person so 8 jars total.

Ice...a pound of crushed ice per person....so 80 pounds of crushed ice. If you are getting it in the 5 lb. bags ...you will need 16 bags of ice....Show more
