Is there a Build-A-Bear store located in Downtown Disney at Disney World or anywhere in the park? I thought I had heard there was one inside Planet Hollywood but cannot find anything on it.

There is a Build-A-Dinosaur inside the new Dinosaur themed restaurant 'T-Rex's' at Downtown Disney. It is the same concept as Rainforest Cafe, but Dino themed and the Build-A-Dino is the same as Build-A-Bear but dinosaurs.
I do not remember ever seeing a Build-A-Bear anywhere on Disney property.

No there is no Build a Bear on Disney property. The closest one would be at the Florida Mall about 20 min from Disney World.
