the best way is to eat a very small snack right before u exercise such a handful of almonds or walnuts which in turn give u energy. then u exercise, then u shower. then eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and supper. and make sure u exercise for 45 mins to an hour. less is only for maintenance. good luck

I think it should go like this:
Eat, exercise, (and depending on the timing) eat, shower (or shower, eat).
You want to have enough energy to complete your workout but also replenish your body with nutrients after by feeding yourself a nutritious meal post-workout.

I don't really think there's a certain way. I would do it like this: eat a couple hours before you exercise, then you exercise, then eat something small right after, then get a shower.
For me, that's the best way.

eat six small meals a day instead of three big meals, it's easier to digest and prevents excess energy from getting stored as fat. exercise in the morning after eating something, then eat again to replenish yourself and shower. always eat proteins after you exercise to rebuild your muscles so you won't be as sore. make sure to eat, but healthy foods. if you don't eat enough, your metabolism will slow down.
