A Twisted Question for all of you ?

Here is the story and scenario. Nuclear war has begun, and each country is launching nuclear weapons, and you have 30 minutes to decided, on 5 people to enter a vault (a bunker, deep underground, living quarters protection against nuclear holocausts). The people you choose will one day repopulate and rebuild earth. They are basically the future of man kind.

You have the following people : Husband and Wife(pregnant), A Priest, Worlds fastest runner in his late 20's, Policemen with a gun, Indian Bio Chemist, A world renown historian in his 50's, A Famous actress in her 20's, Construction worker in his 30s, Financial Analyst, A civil enginner.

Which five would you choose, and why ?

1 the wife without husband (she can procreate with one of the other dudes) 
#2 indian bio chemist student
#3 historian
#4 construction worker
#5 civil engineer

those are my choices.. wife is fertile and hopefully will have a baby girl, that may someday (even if its 18years age difference) marry the indian bio chemist student assuming maybe he is 18 right now
I want the historian to learn from our past mistakes, construction worker and engineer will rebuild our future.. 
I dont give a flip about finances at this point cause money will be useless to the 5 for the moment, I dont give a flip about policeman, they never help anyways and no one of the 5 needs a gun, they can make bows and arrows to hunt food.. actress I dont care about either.. I will get my entertainment watching the cio chemist argue his points with the engineer and construction worker.. hahahahaha!

are we supposed to assume that the civil engineer and financial analyst are men???  what does the husband do?

civil engineer (hopefully it's a woman!)

I think you definitely need at least 2 fertile women in the group if you are planning to repopulate the earth.  In the past a lot of women died during childbirth, so you definitely need a back-up woman just in case...

with those choices and given others may have the same judgments to make. if i am included i would take the females all of them pregnant included. the younger the people the better the gun wont matter. also assuming you have the space and food for 200 plus years for all those inducing the decadents inside. i went for the most diverse female and possible male second gen with the pregnant female of course the whole time it is a baby creation process and would of course have to reduce the age of first births to create more people fast.
