You know how they say schizophrenics hear voices- well i haven't been hearing voices but instead hear moans- sexual ones.
No one talks to me, I don't hear voices yet when i'm alone sometimes I hear moans- like someone masturbating or touching themselves.
This only happens when I'm alone.

Hearing voices / noises alone is only one symptom of schizophrenia, and you need other symptoms in order to warrant a diagnosis of schizophrenia. But, you should probably tell the Dr about these things you hear.

That has to be something similar. For example, I have had rare instances of already existing noises having human emotional inflection. It really freaks me out when it used to happen but I started ignoring it and the times it would happen became fewer and further between. It hasn't happened for over a year. Now, your issue would be hard for me since I might just get turned on and pleasure myself and that could be disastrous. If ignoring it isn't working and I would suggest trying really hard before giving up, see a doctor because they might be able to do more.
Awesome! The girl below mentioned sleepiness and this would happen usually just before bed or when I was really sleep deprived. So maybe that's where mine comes from. I would love if she could post where she got the info about sleepiness! ;)

Or maybe you are just sexually attuned to these noises. Perhaps your body and mind are trying to tell you something.
