Thats a very controversial topic there. You can argue both ways. This Earth is already deteriorating at a rate faster than we are able to hold back. I've read much research that says that in the next 42 years, this Earth will no longer be able to support and feel even half the population at this rate we are growing at. We need to calm down, and the Americans aren't the problems. Its the Indians and Asian population. I can understand the reasoning behind putting a cap on this. But no one wants to be told what to do, or that they can't reproduce because they think its their god given right to have babies. dude i live in india and this solution won't help increasing literacy rate and and making women indepent will help solve the population problem.. plus the culture here is a pure pain in *** and u can get that out and force people to be rationalist that would surely help......Show more
