I need portable power, can you help?

Hi There,
Can someone please tell me of any portable power solutions out there?
I need to buy a device which I can charge, which will then retain this power for later use. 

I would quite like to plug a portable heater up to it and get it to run for 15minutes.

Go to a local "camping" or similar store or hardware supplies stores.  You can also get portable power generators.
