Changed engine in jeep grand cherokee 1994 5.2 L?

changed engine in jeep grand cherokee 5.2 . changed harness with new engine all sensors changed has oil fuel coolant . has fire to coil and will not allow fire through it to get to plugs and fuel injectors not firing as in pulsing when ignition is turned over to start changed coil with new still no fire thru it ,but it acted as if it did want to start very briefly and stopped that ,

Sounds like when the engine was changed it was not installed properly. Get it re-installed.
